My mission is to help my clients overcome food safety challenges and implement food safety systems to ensure consumer confidence and readiness for export and trade. My over 20 years of combined experience in academia, research, and food safety have equipped me to train, advise, support, and assist you in achieving your goals of producing safe, high-quality food, avoiding pitfalls, enhancing competitiveness and research competency.
 

Carol Hull-Jackson (DVM, MPhil, PhD)

Certified in HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 (internal auditor), Train the Trainer, SGS academy. International HACCP Alliance certified lead instructor.
