Food Safety Consulting and Training

GMPs, GHPs, CODEX, HACCP, ISO 22000:2018, FSSC 22000 v5.1

Hullson Consulting & Academy's HACCP courses are fully accredited by the International HACCP Alliance and taught by an IHA-certified lead instructor.

The International HACCP Alliance (IHA) was established in 1994 to increase food safety in food companies employing HACCP programs. They accredit HACCP training programs and certify lead instructors.

HACCP is a foundational food safety system which is the basis of FAO's CODEX Alimentarius, ISO 22000:2018 and GFSI benchmarked schemes such as FSSC 22000 v5.1, BRC and SQF. It is built on Prerequisite programs such as Good manufacturing and Good hygiene practices.

Zoonoses & Research

Zoonoses are infectious disease that are transmitted from non-human animals to humans. Zoonotic pathogens may be bacterial, viral, parasitic, mycotic or unconventional agents such as prions that spread to humans through direct contact or through food, water or the environment.

At Hullson Consulting, we have hands-on experience teaching and working in research laboratories with infectious diseases, zoonoses and foodborne pathogens such as Salmonella, Campylobacter, and others.

Research: We can advise you on the latest research and best methods to prevent, diagnose and control these pathogens.

In addition, we have experience in planning, conducting and publishing research. We have advised university students and science professionals on research methods and can provide guidance from project conception to publication.
